Adrianne Ford is a lifelong Kansas City resident who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary College. She also earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Benedictine College and a PhD in Higher Education Administration from St. Louis University where her dissertation addressed the importance of serving God in order to truly develop, exhibit, and foster true Greatness through education, the workplace and life overall.

After enjoying a successful corporate career in Telecommunications where she played a role in promoting, developing, and launching several of the technologies we enjoy today, such as smart technology, Interactive Voice Response, Speech Recognition, and wireless; she switched gears and transitioned to Higher Education never looking back. 

She is an author focused on sharing the message of Fostering Greatness through several modalities. She also contributes spiritual development and business articles to print journals and online publications too. She founded Daddy's Girls, a non-profit organization that serves and provides practical parenting guidance and emotional and spiritual developmental support to women, young adults, teens, and parents as they navigate through life challenges such as crisis pregnancies, illness, career transitions, and other events. 

She actively supports several local businesses, churches and faith organizations as a consultant providing operational guidance, career development advice, and marketing, strategic and new business plans. 

Her favorite pastime is enjoying the company of her family, namely her parents who recently celebrated 60 years of marriage, her two siblings and their families, her adult son Deon (a high school educator and counselor of young men aging out of foster care), beautiful daughter-in-law Dominique, grandson TyQuez, grand dog Tucker, along with a host of other amazing relatives and friends.
