Dr. Gwen Landever is the Executive Director of USM-Johnson County, Graduate Education and Partnerships. In her role, she supports the programs offered at USM-Johnson County, oversees the graduate education programs and elementary degree programs and seeks partnerships for mutually beneficial opportunities with K12 schools, community colleges and universities, and industry.
She has been at USM since 2010 in a variety of roles including chair of the education
department and academic dean. Prior to working at the university level, she taught
both general and gifted education students ranging in age from preschool to high school
– as well as adult learners. Dr. Landever has her bachelor’s degree in Elementary
Education, Master’s in Special Education and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
