Dr. Tonja Gardner has over 20 years of senior level experience in public accounting, higher education, nonprofit businesses, retail and residential property accounting, management consulting, as well as governmental accounting for home health and long-term care facilities, which she brings, as real-world experiences to her classes. Dr. Gardner鈥檚鈥� research focused on the importance of skills in the business environment, which explores strategies used to train technical staff on soft skills needed for success, mentoring and leadership programs, and team building initiatives.
