The Associate's in Business Administration Degree is designed to provide foundational knowledge in several broad areas of Business Administration, including accounting, economics, management and marketing.

Students in this program will:

Gain the ability to investigate and assess information to develop business solutions
Understand the various conditions in which businesses operate
Learn the application of law and ethics in the conduct of business activities
Attain the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of business settings

In addition to subject-area knowledge and skills, students will get hands-on experience in our Business Learning Lab: Spiro鈥檚 Cup. provides students with directly-relevant management and marketing skills and experiences.

Students can use the associate's degree in business administration to meet job requirements or continue on to earn a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Management or Marketing.

Highlights:
Adrianne Ford is a lifelong Kansas City resident who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary College. She also earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Benedictine College and a PhD in Higher Education Administration from St. Louis University where her dissertation addressed the importance of serving God in order to truly develop, exhibit, and foster true Greatness through education, the workplace and life overall.
