Dr. Raigan Borsh, OTD, OTR/L is an instructor of Occupational Therapy and Admissions Coordinator in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Dr. Borsh received her Master of Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University and Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University.
Dr. Borsh has experience in the acute and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She has a passion for advocacy and treating patients with neuro conditions, burns, and critical illness. Dr. Borsh assisted in creating ICU protocols and educating interdisciplinary teams on OTs role in intensive care units in a level 1 trauma center.
Transitioning to academia has been a goal of Dr. Borsh鈥檚 since her Doctoral Capstone Experience. Her research focused on inclusion of LGBTQ+ content in occupational therapy programs to improve students鈥� preparedness to provide culturally competent care.
Dr. Borsh has served as an academic fieldwork educator to both level I and level II fieldwork students. She has been a faculty member at USM since 2024.
Her leisure occupations include spending time with her family, participating in recreational sports, and cooking.
