Conveniently located at College and Roe in Johnson County, USM offers rooms perfect for smaller conferences, corporate retreats, classes, or training workshops. Interested in a wider arrange of settings (theatres, lecture halls, sports facilities, etc.)? Try our main campus in Leavenworth!

At USM-Johnson County, all rooms feature display technology and whiteboards, with several offering surround sound, drop-down screens, smart boards, and remote collaboration tools.

Rooms sit from 15 to 35, and are available during traditional business hours, weekends, and some evenings. 

And we'll do everything we can to ensure that your event runs smoothly at our facilities.

Among other amenities, we offer:

• Flexible layouts: Rooms can be rearranged in advance, or on the fly
• Access to a lounge with in-table charging stations and a refrigerator
• USM-Overland Park doesn't provide catering but has relationships with several area food options. Food is welcome in our rooms! 
• Wi-Fi, a variety of big-screen displays, smart boards, and conference call tech

Rooms available

Board room-style conference rooms that hold 15, flexible classroom/meeting room spaces that hold anywhere from 15-35. 

Rates

$120 for a full day, $60 for a half-day. Discounts are available for repeat/multiple bookings
